We are thrilled to welcome Chef Santiago Fernandez of MAZ Tokyo and Chef Ricardo Chaneton—two Venezuelan-born culinary visionaries—to the MONO Kitchen for a special two-night event: the 14th Edition of our Unplugged Series.

Their inspired menu reimagines local ingredients with precision and passion, blending the altitudes, landscapes, and cultural heritage of South America with Hong Kong and Japan’s deep reverence for nature and artistry.
