Antimo Merone x Wilfrid Hocquet
On 5 & 6 August, Chef Antimo joins hands with Wilfrid Hocquet, Chef-owner of Bangkok’s Margo, formerly Executive Chef of Blue by Alain Ducasse, for a special collaboration dinner at Estro.
A native of Southern France, Chef Wilfrid’s classical training informs his refined approach to cuisine. He brings the distinct flavours of his homeland into conversation with Chef Antimo’s Neapolitan heritage and progressive approach. The collaborative menu will showcase seasonal produce through two distinct yet complementary culinary voices, offering guests an experience that feels familiar yet original.
